The support team at A2X is great. They are quick to research and resolve issues. The App makes reporting sales and cost effective for my business owners. It was great working with Jessica on the support team.

I have used other Apps to integrate my Shopify transactions with my accounting software, but A2X is by far the fastest and easiest to use. It also flawlessly handled my Fx transactions and made reconciliations easy.
This app is much quicker and more cost-effective than using man hours to do the same tasks. Customer support helped me get things set up and trouble-shoot; easy to get in touch with a real person when you need help.

Serious time-saver! Only took a few minutes to map everything from Shopify to QBO and now we don’t have to stress about it. The A2X team was super responsive with our initial questions on setup. So glad we found A2X!
A2X has allowed us to focus more on the growth of our business as a whole, while automatically handling a lot of the payments/accounting that would take up a lot more of our time on the back end. Definitely recommend!
By using the app, I have been able to streamline the transactions from my ecommerce websites. This is definately an app I will continue to use. It's especially ideal for small business owers that do their own bookkeeping.
We recently moved from Sage Clod to Xero accounting. We experienced some initial issues with the reconciliation of funds from our Shopify site, but after a 15 minute phone call with Victoria the issue was quickly resolved.
