A2X – QuickBooks (QBO) & Xero

I highly recommend using the A2X app if you plan on using Intuit Quickbooks with your Shopify account. The app allowed myself as a bookkeeper to easily connect my client's Shopify account to my Quickbooks Accounting practice. This is very helpful in providing a seamless transition in connecting the two accounts which creates much convenience in managing the finances of a small retail business.

A2X has been the most helpful financial app we have ever used. Without it, we were spending thousands of pounds on bookkeeping fees and even then the outcome was inaccurate and inefficient. This app syncs directly with our Xero account and takes care of all of our mappings, including bespoke VAT rates for some of our product bundles. We recommend every business to use A2X as it is worth its weight gold.

This app is amazing! We are currently entering 1.5 years of finances and let me say I don't think I could have done this without the A2X. Works really well and the support is helpful too. Still learning my way as I am confused about a few things but hoping to receive some more help from their support team. Overall great experience and must-have for e-commerce stores to separate the tax / shipping / costs etc.

A2X has a very high level of accuracy, consistency and reliability -- exactly what anyone would want/expect in syncing financial data. This saves a tremendous amount of time and gives peace of mind that every settlement is reconciled to my accounting software. We started by "watching" every settlement come through and then manually initiating the sync. Now that we have confidence, everything happens automatically.

This app does a great job of bringing our shopify sales data into Xero. We use it to reconcile our payouts, as well as keep track of amounts owed from wholesale orders. Support has been top-notch using their chat feature or scheduling an online support session. They were very helpful in getting us set up with the particular work-arounds we needed for our business and have been there to help us with any issues we encounter.

One of my clients outgrew the standard link from Shopify to Xero because their sales volume was too great. After a lot of research, I decided on A2X. During the whole process, I had outstanding tech support from A2X team members to ensure everything was properly mapped. Now two months into use of the app, myself and my clients are so pleased we made the switch as it has ended up saving my client a fair bit of money in my billable time!

I will not lie I was overwhelmed when we started, but man oh man this app is worth the effort . No more reconciliations, no more 100's of invoices created but the winner. They UNDERSTAND SEASONAL businesses. Warndu is an Australian Native Food and gifting business. We go ballistic at Holidays and are more stable during the rest of the year. I love A2X! Once I started using A2X to import all of my Shopify and Amazon data into Quickbooks, the time I spend on accounting has gone down by 75%, and all the different Amazon charges and fees are accounted for correctly! And, their customer service can’t be beat! They were so helpful during the initial setup and any time I have a random question. It’s such a change from most websites - the staff who answers the Chat questions are super knowledgeable and helpful!!

We use A2X for 5 different Shopify storefronts and Amazon Seller Central. After years of frustrating workarounds to get all of these sales and expenses recorded correctly in our accounting program, A2X was the solution we needed. Simply put: it just works.

Highly recommended if you are looking for detailed reporting of your Shopify sales and expenses. Be aware that you'll need to invest some upfront time in setup, but their support team is very hands-on and helpful.

I want to spend my time making money, not messing around with accounting. A2X makes that possible. This seemingly simple app does wonders for accurate record keeping. After an easy setup, it integrates with my Xero account perfectly and keeps me from having to check the financial details of my Shopify transactions each week. Actual total sales, sales tax, Shopify fees, tips, and everything else are accurately sectioned out and sent to the right place in my accounting software.
