Victoria Port onboarded me and she was awesome!
Hi, Dalkin and Co - thank you for the positive review! We're delighted to hear that you
had the pleasure of being onboarded by Victoria - she is amazing! We look forward to continuing to provide you with the best support possible :)
Their 30-day free trial on all of their plans is inaccurate. You actually only get is 3 payouts history. There isn't a real free trial, where you can test their plans, which is quite misleading.
Hi William - Katie from A2X here 👋
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback and we truly apologize for any confusion around our trial experience.
Our trial is unlimited in time, meaning you can explore A2X for as long as you like. However, during that period, you’ll have access to your most recent 3 settlements so you can see how A2X works with your ecommerce data.
We understand how this may not have been clear and we’ll work on improving our communication. Your feedback helps us identify where we can do better.
We are happy to offer you a free month of A2X and a personalized onboarding session with one of our specialists.
We've reached out directly in your last chat with our support team to kick off the process and help simplify your ecommerce accounting 😊
Thank you,
Katie
Synchonises our Shopify payments perfectly with Xero so well that I can't imagine what we would do without it. The mapping process is easy to implement and get exactly how you would like it to be.
This is the best thing I have found to use with shopify, it is very easy to learn, I am adding my 2nd client now. at least 20 more to go.
Wish I had found this 2 -3 years ago
No looking back
A2X has an amazing support team. Dolores was incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. She provided clear guidance, investigated the discrepancies thoroughly, and quickly identified and imported the missing payouts, which resolved the variances.
I also appreciated the step-by-step instructions she shared for accessing the Shopify Finance Summary reports. Her updates were clear throughout the process, and she explained the timing differences in a way that was easy to understand.
Thank you, Dolores, for making the resolution so smooth and efficient!
Does what it is meant to do with a clean and easy interface. Customer support, when I've had to ask some questions, is responsive and excellent.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your positive experience. We appreciate your kind words and it motivates us to keep providing exceptional service to all our amazing customers, just like you!
