Robert (and others) in the customer service team are experts. They thoroughly investigate any issues in the most granular detail, and prescribe tailored solutions to you (not generic answers or links to knowledge pages).
a2x is still my favourite app to do the magic and connects Shopify with my books
You're still doing great, and your support team is amazingly polite and helpful!
Keep up!
A2X, specifically Kim and Robert, helped me out greatly today! it's so nice to be able to rely on TRUE professionals to help advise me, the non-traditionally trained bookkeeper in providing excellent data for my client! I really appreciate this tool and could not have ever figured this out for myself. well worth it!

The customer care team really do help, and they are really there for you. 100x better than most other larger apps or SaaS products. Thanks John M. in particular.
