Had a great customer service from Andrea. She was a huge help. Good job! Keep it up.
Very helpful advice and quick responses from Agnes of the A2X team regarding our set up of product type grouping. Thank you!
Seriously Kim was the most amazing amazing support person via chat today. She literally spent almost 2 hours with me helping me ensure my transactions were set up correctly, she helped me set up new categories in my QB so everything synced up perfectly. Can not say enough positives about her. If the rest of the company is like her, they are in great shape!!!
Thanks again!!
Jonathan
A2X has excellent customer support. Andrea helped guide me through the process of adding another account to my subscription. Thank you!
Nicole, Manuela, and Will have been incredible in helping us organize our A2X & QBO accounts! They have spent countless hours via zoom working through our questions and clarifications. Thank you team!
The app has been very easy to setup and use! It has already saved me a good amount of time from manual entry. Meg and the support team and the partner help has been amazing! I can't recommend the a2X app and the team highly enough!
We have been using A2X for a few years now. The data integration has been running smoothly however I did encounter an issue recently which Renee managed to sort out for me. Thanks so much for your quick and efficient customer service Renee.
Great experience and very fast replies. Thanks Agnes for the amazing service!
