I always find the staff and level of support from the A2X staff extremely helpful - always very courteous, they dont talk down to me like other apps I could mention. Specifically Jessica - always there when I need help. Thank you.
The help I received from Manuela was outstanding. She answered all questions and explained how A2X works with Shopify. This program will save me hours of work each week!
Huge thanks to the A2X support team, especially Anas! My issue was resolved super quickly and efficiently. Fantastic service.
Good App and easy to adapt to. There's a few details to get used to with mapping and clearing accts but very helpful and reduces time to clear books! Nicole has walked me through items to get me up to speed! thx
Such a lifesaver when it comes to ecommerce bookkeeping. Reconciling my sales channels used to take forever, but A2X makes it so easy.
Onboarding process was very helpful to ensure proper setup. Haven't started using yet, but appears to be exactly what we need for periodic sync with Quickbooks (vs syncing every single order from Shopify). Also works well with Shopify apps like Giftship.
Many thanks to Ana who has been super helpful regards a query and subscription question today. Thank you Ana!
Carla, Good Wash Day
Online assistance provided by Anas was invaluable, prompt response and excellent service through to resolution. Further help offered for our issue so hopefully will be resolved. Highly recommend for customer support.
They have helped me several times with things I just could not get a clear understanding on. They are very patient and work with you until your issue is resolved.
WOW. I am so glad I found A2X. The integration between Shopify and Quickbooks was super easy and straight forward. Their support team is incredible too. They are super responsive and will jump a call to walk me through my questions/concerns. 10/10 recommend if you have a Shopify store. The Quickbooks Shopify Connector app is AWFUL, lol.
