So here is my interaction with the AccessPro team. I discovered an issue at 8:30 in the evening, on a Saturday. It was not a critical issue, a tag in the header. Yes, I am that kind of a person. I chatted with them online, and they were also online at 8:30, on a Saturday night. Not a bot, a real person. The issue went straight to dev, and a fix was validated and in production by Tuesday morning. Yes, they are that kind of a dev shop. Five out of Five stars.
Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear our team could support you promptly—even on a Saturday evening. We take pride in having real people ready to help and in getting fixes into production quickly.
Your 5-star review means a lot to us, and we’re grateful for your trust in AccessPro.
This app is fantastic! It does exactly what it promises. I had a customer raise concerns about accessibility, so I'm really glad something like this is available. If you're not super tech-savvy, don’t worry – it’s simple to set up.
