We are happy with the widget. It contains all features we needed. Customer Support was very helpful. Quick response.
Have not been using this app too long, but so far it's been really easy to figure out. They also make using a pop-up menu link instead of an icon process very easy, which is what I was looking for!
I am very happy with AccessEaze.
The app itself works smoothly and does exactly what it promises. But what truly makes this app special is the support team — especially Justin.
From the moment I reached out, Justin was incredibly fast, professional, and kind. He listened carefully, responded immediately with clear explanations, and provided practical solutions without any delay.
It is rare to find this level of real human support behind an app these days.
Thank you, Justin, and thank you to the entire AccessEaze team for your excellent work.
I highly recommend AccessEaze to any store owner who wants a reliable accessibility app with honest people behind it.
The app works flawlessly and does not slow down the website. It is easy to install, and the support is fast, effective and friendly. The feedback from clients has been incredible. They appreciate all the setting options and that it works perfectly. Thank you so much for your excellent app and stellar support!
Thank you so much for the amazing review! We're so glad to hear the app and support have been helpful. It really means a lot!😊
Excellent customer support! Quick and friendly response that helped us implement the customized code for our headless setup. The widget now works perfectly on our storefront!
Thank you so much for the wonderful review!😊 We're really glad to hear that the widget is working seamlessly on your headless setup. It was a pleasure assisting you, and we're always here if you need any further support or customizations. Your feedback means a lot!
An accessibility widget shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg. When my previous provider’s pricing skyrocketed, I made the switch — and I’m glad I did. So far, so good! It gives me exactly what I need at a price that doesn’t break the bank.
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're glad you found the app helpful.
If there's anything we can improve to make it a 5-star experience, we'd really love to hear your thoughts as well! 😊
Justin helped me out with my widget issues in just minutes. Quick response and precise work. Thank you so much!
Super schnell und einfach einzurichten. Website funktioniert weiterhin einwandfrei und nun auch gesetzeskonform Barrierefrei.
I would like to sincerely thank Justin for his continuous support in providing me with real and genius solutions: he is skilled, kind, patient, professional and human. This app is a gem and so is the customer support. It is very rare to find an exceptional app accompanied by customer support of the same level: here you get both, with a price that is truly affordable too. 5/5 stars would not be enough to rate the app and the support received: the clarity, honesty, and transparency of the provided solutions and explanations have been majestic.Thank you!
Davvero un'ottima app. Risponde alle esigenze che avevamo ed il prezzo è assolutamente competitivo.
Molto soddisfatti anche dell'assistenza
