We installed this after realizing that some parts of our store weren't very friendly for keyboard users. The scans have been helpful, and having screen reader support is reassuring. The accessibility statement is also a nice time-saver, and the widget has more options than I expected. I just wish there was more control over which features show up on mobile. Some of the report explanations could also be simpler for people who aren't technical.

The keyboard navigation has made a bigger difference than I expected. I also like that I can customize the widget without having to mess around with our theme. One less thing on my list to worry about.

I did run into a few confuzing scan messages at first. The dashboard could be clearer about what needs fixing. Still, it has been realy useful overall.

I like that shoppers can change the text size themselves. It feels thoughtful, and I havent noticed any slowdown on the site. Even my less techy customers seem comfortable with it.

Honestly, I wasnt expecting much, but this turned out to be useful. The image descriptions save me a lot of manual work, the accessibility panel gives shoppers plenty of options, the daily checks keep problems from piling up, and the reports are handy when we review the site. My only complaints are that some settings take a minute to find and the scan results could explain the problems in plainer language. Still very happy with it.
