Great support / customer service, new to the app and Sana explain everything to me 150%. I will be using the app now and will rate again but so far I love it!!

Fast and professional support. Lots of options for customizing the app. Immediate, straightforward solution from Irfan from the support team. We recommend this app. ***** 100%

Sana was such a great and patient help. it took no time to get the app up and running--and it's actually fairly intuitive to use. Thank you for this service.

I needed an app that was for ADA so I would not have to worry about lawsuits. I found this App recommended by Shopify. I love the fact that there is great customer service. I was having a problem setting it up. And right away in my chats Sana asked if she could call. She did and walked me through the process. It was quick and easy. I love the fact she also helped me make the widget match my pages theme. I highly recommend.

Customer service is timely and very good.

This tool was supper easy to setup and configure to make my store ADA compliant. Also, had a great experience with the team over chat and Malik via an Google meet call to work on image Alt Text issues for my store.
