AE: Order Editing & Upsell

Great customer service! The support team answered all my questions promptly.

The cancellation controls alone save us hundreds in lost shipping costs.

great app

Excellent features, which work as expected, and the development team are on hand to improve anything required very quickly. By far the best customer service of any app in the shopify store (by a long way!). Many thanks, and keep up the great work.

Great app, and Eric from support really goes above and beyond to help! One of the best supported, and polished apps out there!

This app is one of the most helpful in our store. It saves us heaps of customer support and Eric is really great on customer service. I highly recommend this app

TOP app, really useful. The support has been outstanding, they helped us very quickly and implemented an important customization for us in no time. It’s rare to find a team this responsive and efficient. The app does exactly what it’s supposed to do, without unnecessary complexity. Highly recommended.

Great app!!

We have used Account Editor for 7 months now and are very happy with the functionality. The app developers are very attentive and helpful, adding new features and responding to queries quickly.

AE has improved our operations and decreased refund-related headaches. ROI is clear—we make more and refund less. Support was incredible—fast, detailed, and genuinely helpful.
