Osmand is very helpful and quick to resolve any questions, providing easy directions for us to follow on updates we may need - with the ever changing technology, APPS, etc - we find there is always updates we might not realize and we find there is a quick resolution we are able to implement --
The app works great and customer support is quick, friendly and helpful.
That's great to hear! Thanks for your review.
Needed assistance with setting up a factor on our account/plan to move forward with an UPS integration, chat stated 15 minutes or less. Someone joined within 5 minutes and immediately solved my matter and gave clear, simple and great instructions ! Thank you so much.
Love to hear that! We take a lot of pride in the support we provide. Thank you for taking the time to write a review, it means a lot.
Happy with the app, works well for us. Useful for some of the customizations we need and great support.
The pricing structure based on overall order volume doesn't make sense. Uninstalling it now.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. At Address Validator Plus, we believe that merchants should only incur costs when they are generating revenue. That's why we've structured our pricing to charge for validations only on orders. This approach ensures that costs fluctuate with your sales volume, avoiding a fixed, recurring fee during slower business periods.
We truly appreciate having had the opportunity to serve you over the past few years and wish you and your business every success in the future.
