Great product, just what we needed. Prevents address errors and give us control over what type of addresses we can ship to.
I helped but it just have limitation on which countries the app will not work, I hope they can work this out in the future.
Thanks for your review, we're constantly working to add more countries to our list of supported countries and ensure that our services are accessible to everyone who needs them.
If you're curious about which countries we currently support, you can find a comprehensive list on our support page here: https://support.apphub.com/en/articles/6294129-what-countries-are-covered
Thank you again for your feedback and support. We look forward to continuing to serve you in the future.
Well built, easy to install, app that is going to save us money on address errors charges through Fedex. The support is A+.
I'm finally able to block PO Boxes from being used in checkout and prevent the order from proceeding without a valid address!
Not only does this app help prevent failed deliveries, but their support is so quick and helpful! Thanks for your help, Osmand!
First, thank you for being an Address Validator user for 3 years! Second, thank you so much for your 5 star rating! We are glad that our app is making it easier to prevent failed deliveries, and that our support team was helpful. We really appreciate your feedback!
Quick and accurate address validation provided by RoboTurk plugin helps avoiding a lot of issues in shipment workflow. Way to go!
Saves us a lot of wrong orders. Was surprised that Shopify didn't have this feature built-in, but glad Address Validator provides it.
Had an issue with an error I received and quickly found the root cause with the help of the support chat, very handy when you need it!
Great app I love, it's super useful. it does help a lot and lowers the rate of wrong addresses. I've used it for a few months already.
They removed the pre-checkout validation, which was the main reason to use this app
Now only available for shopify plus. Bye bye RoboTurk
Apologies for the confusion!
You can load Address Validator during checkout only if you're a Shopify Plus user via the checkout.liquid template file. Unfortunately, this is a Shopify restriction.
Please note Shopify Plus is not required for Address Validator to work, a lot of our customers also use the app for validation post-checkout!
