They removed the pre-checkout validation, which was the main reason to use this app
Now only available for shopify plus. Bye bye RoboTurk
Apologies for the confusion!
You can load Address Validator during checkout only if you're a Shopify Plus user via the checkout.liquid template file. Unfortunately, this is a Shopify restriction.
Please note Shopify Plus is not required for Address Validator to work, a lot of our customers also use the app for validation post-checkout!
The Support team is great with quick response. They show the instructions in detail with the screenshots so the concern is solved quickly.
Thank you so much for your 5-star review! Glad that the Support team was quick to respond and that you found our instructions and screenshots helpful. If there's anything else we can help with, please let us know.
REALLY Great support!!! Wish all apps could be that way. We just installed it and was already working before I was done talking to support.
I received great support from the team! They responded really fast to my requests. The app is easy to use and customize the look. Thank you!
Getting validated addresses makes customer service so much easier, we aren't chasing up undeliverable orders and it saves us time and money.
Osmand did a great job answering all my questions. We are now using Address Validator across all (4) of our Shopify stores. Great app... great team!
Prompt and professional support prior to and after installation, they even made changes to suit our particular checkout experience. Highly recommended!
We have found this app very helpful! Great for the user experience and to make sure our customers products are being delivered to the correct address.
Great app and great support. On high volume order it makes a difference to avoid wrong delivery or returned packages when possible thanks to this app.
This app has saved me from having to send separate emails to customers which has been an ongoing issue. It's really streamlined our fulfillment process!
Woohoo!
