Habe die Lite Version getestet und nach einigen Wochen dann ein Upgrade auf die Pro Version durchgeführt. Seitdem sind die Adressfehler erheblich runter gegangen und wir sind extrem zufrieden.

Does help avoid address errors that accidentally may occur. Input errors of street, ZIP or city are effectively corrected and ad so are name errors particularly related to mobile sessions. All in all the app helps to increase speed and correct deliveries.

Bevor wir AdressHero getestet haben, musste unser Kundenservice täglich mehrere Tickets wegen falscher Lieferadressen bearbeiten. Mit der App war es plötzlich nur noch ein Ticket pro Monat. Sehr beeindruckend – und der Support ist zudem extrem schnell und hilfsbereit.

Super App! Erleichtert den internen Logistikprozess ungemein. Falsche Adressen rutschen quasi gar nicht mehr durch, was einen reibungslosen Versandprozess ermöglicht. Danke dafür. Einrichtung auch super easy.

Die App ist wirklich empfehlenswert! Die funktioniert einwandfrei und ist schnell und leicht eingerichtet.

Auch der Support ist Spitze und kümmert sich schnell um Lösungen.

We run a D2C skincare brand on Shopify and ship a lot of parcels within Germany. Wrong house numbers, mistyped DHL packing station numbers and addresses with special characters used to cost us real money in returns, re-shipments and support tickets. AddressHero fixed that and it did so without hurting our checkout.

What we like most:

- Validation happens after the order is placed, not during checkout. This is the big one. The customer completes the purchase as usual, and only afterwards gets prompted to fix an invalid address. No extra friction in the checkout, zero conversion-rate loss and the order still ships to a correct address. Most other apps block the checkout, which costs you sales.

- Saves us around €2,000 per month. Fewer failed deliveries, fewer re-shipments and far less support time spent chasing customers for correct addresses. For an app that costs a fraction of that, it's a no-brainer.

- Fast setup and real onboarding. The app was live within a very short time, and the onboarding call made sure the settings matched our shop.

Definitly a recommondation, especially on scale!

I had hope for this app but it does not seem to work very well with American addresses. All of the addresses it "automatically" updates still get flagged by Shopify and suggest a different one from what they changed it too. Was fairly disappointed considering all of the good reviews.

I can only recommend this app. It is very easy to set up and is clearly structured. It saves us a huge amount of work in customer support, as there are far fewer problems with orders and deliveries. We really like the app so far!

I can't believe we ran our shop for so long without this app. It's a no-brainer that this is helpful and saves a lot of trouble and work for customer service. We often had customers ordering without a house number and needed to manually message them. Now it's automatically prevented. 10/10 recommended.
