Save time on repetitive tasks with shortcuts for admin pages. Start now with Instant Shortcuts
Add your own shortcuts to Shopify admin pages to save time on repetitive tasks. (Formerly Admin Buttons) Instant Shortcuts get you started quickly with commonly requested time-savers like: creating a draft order from an abandoned checkout, reshipping an order, sending a Slack from a product page. Or create Custom Shortcuts for order, product and other admin pages with buttons and forms to collect info and trigger automations in Flow or via webhooks to Zapier. Or to navigate to an external URL.
- Customize admin with buttons and forms on the pages you use most frequently
- Trigger workflows in Shopify Flow, with custom data from a shortcut form
- Send Shopify data via webhooks to automation tools like Zapier, Relay or Make
- Add a button to navigate to an external URL, passing the Shopify ID in the URL
- Take advantage of Shopify Admin App Blocks without needing a developer

Very good app and responsive to feedback, asked for an external URL shortcut to be added, in order to generate order tax invoice using 3rd party app, which was delivered quickly and working perfectly. Thank you!
Powerful in having the ability to activate functions across the product! Easy to use and adopt. Recommend to all Shopify users to get things exactly how they need it for their business. The team is customer oriented and can expect them to be part of my tool stack for as long as I use this platform.
This app is really genius. It took our multi-step, sometimes multi-person process and turned it into a single button that one person clicks. Our manual process of changing pricing, discounts, etc is now a button that saves us loads of time and frustration. A highly customizable solution. What made it even better for us was the incredible support team. Highly recommend.
