I've been advertising on the Meta and Google for a few years and have always struggled to understand and have a clear analysis on the data. Came across AdScale and download the free trial.. Its dashboard was so clear and easy to understand what was happening with my ads, Nicole has been amazing and helping me get the best out of the platform. looking forward to scaling up!
We have used AdScale to handle all our Meta + Google ads for less than two weeks, and we are already seeing our CPC almost halved from before. Rafael has been super helpful in tweaking our ads to optimize performance, and we have already seen a few conversions. The platform is intuitive and easy to use even with minimal experience in online ads. Plus, the business insights are a super cool add-on to the service!

We've had our online store for 17 years now.
We have hired and fired dozens of ad companies and tried multiple software options.
We LOVE Adscale because it allows us the freedom to create our own campaigns, as well as their "hands-on" option. We work with Raz, and he is fantastic!!!! Best we have ever worked with.

So far (2 mos in), I'm VERY HAPPY! So many reasons.
I've spent the past 10 plus years "Trying" to figure out Meta and Google. BIG PAIN!!! Gave up essenually.
Went to Preflect but was way too limited.
Found AdScale and WOW...
- Real and Verifiable analytics!
- Easy Ad placement
- Lot's of options avaiable to pump more money to individual ads if need be.
- ROAS is higher than ever due to their AI !!! I'm seeing 9X and higher consistently! (before I never acheived more than a 4X ROAS)
- Live Support!!!!!!!!!! on Chat. Few bother now a days.

Katlyn has been very helpful in understanding how AdScale works. I have been using another platform for Meta ads and decided to use AdScale for the Google ads. I am surprised to see the amount of hits to the website from the these Ai Google ads from AdScale. I have been running the ads for less than 1 week. If it continues to increase my sales ROAS I will be moving the Meta side too.
AdScale is great! I feel like it is very low-maintenance marketing, which is great for our business. I can trust that the app is doing what it should on the backend without having to constantly monitor it. Also, Nicole has been a great help with everything and is so pleasant to talk to! Highly recommend
AdScale has completely lost my trust over a marginal financial mistake. I have uninstalled the app and strongly advise others to be extremely careful.
During my onboarding session, an AdScale agent demonstrated how to set up a Meta campaign but pushed it live entirely without my approval. This error resulted in unauthorized ad spend being charged to my account.
When I contacted support, they acknowledged the situation but refused to refund the money, hiding behind the fact that the actual billing went through Meta. Even though the mistake was exclusively triggered by their agent on their platform, they refused to take true financial responsibility for their error.
If a platform's onboarding process can spend your money without your consent, and the company won't reimburse you for their own mistake, they cannot be trusted. I have uninstalled the app and strongly advise others to be extremely careful.
We’re sorry to hear that this merchant left the platform frustrated, but we would like to clarify several important points regarding this situation.
During onboarding sessions, our team assists merchants in configuring and launching advertising campaigns within accounts that remain fully owned and controlled by the merchant themselves. Campaigns cannot run without the merchant having previously connected their advertising accounts, payment methods, and granted the required permissions through Meta and AdScale integrations.
In this case, a campaign was launched as part of the onboarding process and advertising spend was incurred directly through Meta’s platform, not through AdScale billing. As with all digital advertising platforms, media spend is charged directly by the advertising network once campaigns are active and traffic begins delivering.
We understand the merchant was unhappy with this outcome, and our support team reviewed the situation seriously and responded promptly. However, AdScale does not reimburse third-party ad spend charges incurred through Meta accounts, and this policy is clearly separate from AdScale subscription billing.
Importantly, the amount referenced here was relatively limited, and the situation stemmed from a misunderstanding during campaign setup rather than any intentional action or unauthorized access. At no point did AdScale have the ability to independently charge the merchant outside of the permissions and payment methods already connected within their own advertising accounts.
We take trust extremely seriously and continuously improve our onboarding and communication processes to reduce misunderstandings and ensure merchants feel fully informed before campaigns go live.

I don't know how to describe my feelings.. I am so happy that I can't express it.. At first, I was angry because when a problem happened, I didn't find a direct response from support and I discovered that the matter was related to the country's seasonal holidays... Another thing, I hope that anyone using the app pays attention to their personal mistakes while creating ads... More changes... more edits... creating new ads affects the ads negatively in general, and instead of taking a short time for approval and review, with many edits it will take longer.. In fact, the app is absolutely wonderful.. Catalog ads, images, and videos work perfectly.. One of the best apps I have used so far.. I recommend everyone work with them because they are truly wonderful in dealing with people and have very high morals. I don't even know why I was angry.. Thank you very much, I wish you success, and may we always succeed through you.
So far so good! We had a large option of products and Katlyn was a massive help. We are 2 weeks in and have seen more results from our ads then when we had someone else running them. Excited to see how sales expand over the coming months.
Adscale is delivering the results that meet our expectations. Kseniya has been managed our campaigns well based on our company goal. I look forward to continuing the collaboration with them to achieve our goals.
Great support from Rafael to get started with using AdScale with Shopify for our ads. It is still very new to us so will give it a few more weeks to see the results but for now I can give 5 star for the support we received to get started.
