Thank you guys for everything
It was my bad :D
Necole was great Thank youuu
Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify an important point:
We work with thousands of clients and apply the same procedures for everyone. AdScale does not and cannot take ownership of your domain. Only you, as the business owner, have the ability to verify domain ownership with Meta (Facebook). Meta provides the tools to verify your domain and shows which Business Manager currently holds it.
When you granted us access, it was specifically to your Business Manager — not to your personal assets or any other business. Therefore, even if our system interacts with the domain (e.g., attempting verification), it would only be within your own Business Manager, under your full control. As you’ve seen, this is clearly not the case.
It seems there may have been a misunderstanding around how Meta’s domain verification process works. We’re here to help explain it and guide you through, but this is not something we control.
We completely understand your frustration, but leaving a 1-star review for something outside of our responsibility doesn't reflect the service we strive to provide. We're happy to assist further and clarify anything else you need.
Best regards,
The AdScale Team
Positive experience 4months in working with Kseniya. Will leave an in depth review following our full term with them.

We are just getting started with AdScale, so unfortunately I cannot comment on the performance yet. But - the onboarding proces has been super smooth and you're definitely getting the assistance you need. Customer Service is top notch, big shout out to Natalie! You are amazing.
AdScale has been a game-changer for our e-commerce business! The AI-driven automation and optimization tools have significantly improved our ad performance across Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Within just a few weeks, we saw a noticeable increase in ROI, higher conversion rates, and better audience targeting.
One of the best features is the automated budget allocation, which ensures our ad spend is always optimized for the best-performing campaigns. The AI also provides valuable insights, helping us refine our strategies without needing to manually adjust everything.
The platform is user-friendly, making it easy to set up and manage campaigns, even for those without extensive marketing experience. Plus, the customer support team is responsive and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions.
