I would NOT recommend. They were supposed to set this app up to display my sale prices in my sale collection, and take 1.5% of sales from that. INSTEAD they were taking 1.5% of ALL my sales. They stole 4k from me, and refused to refund anything. DO NOT INSTALL.
Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your experience.
To clarify, our team assisted only with the technical setup of the dynamic pricing schema. We don't manually manage or adjust charges. Billing is handled automatically by the app based on the pricing plan, which is explained in the app.
We carefully reviewed your case, and everything was working as intended and reached out privately with options to help resolve this, and we remain open to finding a solution.
xcellent support!
The team helped me configure dynamic pricing and discounts correctly on my Shopify store. Fast response and very professional assistance. Everything is working perfectly now. Highly recommended!
Never really write reviews but the support was absolutely superb!
I installed on a Saturday afternoon. I struggled to set up so went onto chat. Stefan was there almost immediately to help get things set up. He completely customized my set-up for me - sorted all the code and made sure things were running right. Blown away by the level of support.
Aside from the incredible support, the app is the best solution out there. I've installed and uninstalled 3 others that didn't quite do it until I found this...
Does everything we need to display automatic discount badges & compare at pricing across collection pages, product pages, and cart. I don't know why this isn't native to Shopify and it's been annoying me for years, but now we finally have the solution! 1000/10
Thanks Stefan!!
