Very helpful app. Extremely simple to set up and use. Acts just like the Shopify platform so very intuitive. I had one simple CS question and the rep on chat answered and solved it immediately. Very happy!
I had the pleasure of working with Bruce Chen on customizing an automatic discount for my Shopify store, and he was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Awesome! I can't describe how this app helped us. We searched for a cheap/free app which auto-applies discounts to tagged customers and found it with this one. Bruce, the developer of the app, was so helpful and even developed a feature we needed in no time! Bruce, you are the best!
We are planning to launch SALE for our customers at our physical store using Shopify POS. Not able to workout with the app where we had different % discounts based on order slab for various collections & this app does not fulfill this in Automatic Discount or by applying single code discount. Our staff member can not take separate orders collection wise where discount % & order value slabs differs.
Collection 1
🏷 10% OFF on purchases above ₹10,000
🏷 15% OFF on purchases above ₹20,000
🏷 20% OFF on purchases above ₹25,000
Collection 2
🏷 10% OFF on purchases above ₹10,000
🏷 15% OFF on purchases above ₹50,000
We need automatic discount to be applied only on POS not on online store orders.
Support Agent explained that this kind of situation not possible but a blanket % of discount for all required collection can be possible which is not fulfilling our requirement. Sorry but disappointed with the App's feature.
This works with limited feature only for POS Pro so additional subscription also required to be taken; not working with only POS.

However, the limitation mentioned is imposed by Shopify, not our app.
Our app operates within Shopify’s available POS functionality, and this restriction is beyond our control.
Had a very fast response to a complicated discount ‘glitch’ when various discount and non discount products got added to cart. Bruce was very patient and took time to listen to all of my feedback, then investigate and correct it very quickly. Was thankful not to get passed off in a queue to a dev team, and even more impressed by the fact that my specific problem was tested before being declared as fixed!
Needed this app to apply discount on specific customer tags AND collections which is does! Seems super easy to set up so far, would highly recommend.
