We've been using this app for a long time and it's been a valuable tool for managing our collections.
Automatic collection updates have become slower recently, although manually forcing a collection update works correctly.
We recently experienced an "Error loading account" issue that made the app unusable. Support took a few days to respond, but they eventually fixed the problem and everything is working again.
Hopefully the automatic update speed can be improved, but we're happy that the issue was resolved.
This app does what no other app can do and allow you to use a variety of helpful conditions to create dynamic collections. What was particularly useful to us is the ability to exclude products where Price is lower than Compare at Price (i.e., the item is on sale) to build collections used by discounts. The UI gives a lot of other useful and intuitive enhanced logic options for dynamic collections! We did run into the same issue that others have mentioned where the sync was not running, but upon contacting support they got it fixed quickly. So overall highly recommend this app!
The app goes to sleep for weeks rather than sorting the collections daily and their support does not reply in days. Looking elsewhere for a solution.
