Hello!
Alex here, from RetargetApp.
We want to extend our sincerest apologies concerning the issue that you have faced. We pride ourselves in maintaining the highest quality standards for our customers.
We hope you will give us an opportunity to discuss this further with you. Please, message me at help@retargetapp.com.
This app is awesome! Very easy to use and it has given us an incredible ROI of 16 800%!
Really great app, easy to use and install. We got sales on the first day! Everyone should install it.
Thank you a lot for sharing such a positive experience 😃. It means a lot to us!
Very easy to set up and has had a HUGE impact on traffic and revenue. A no-brainer if you run a Shopify store.
DO NOT USE! THIS APP DISCONNECTED MY FACEBOOK STORE, INSTAGRAM AND CAUSED MY ACCOUNT TO GET RESTRICTED ON FACEBOOK!!
Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience.
Let me share that we never get access to the personal accounts of our clients to edit, post, or disconnect anything. We can get permission to create ads only.
I am sorry to hear that your page is restricted. Sometimes Meta (Facebook) can restrict an account by accident, especially now when they change some of their policy. I strongly recommend you request a review and contact their team for clarification.
Please feel free to reach out to our Support Team with any further comments, concerns, or suggestions you wish to share. We would love to make things right.
