Conversion tracking stop working out of nowhere and CPA went through the roof. Customer support is non-existent. Don't use this app if you don't want to see your business dying overnight because of malfunction conversion tracking

I have never experienced support for a software tool such as this, it's superb.

I have used AdNabu for a number of years and over that time Google have changed a lot of things. Whenever this happens and I contact support they have always been super quick to respond and have been very tenacious in getting the changes made in a timely manner.

As for the functionality, the tracking is more accurate than the Google App that I run as a secondary conversion action.

This app does exactly what it promises and does it well. It is a solid solution for tracking conversions accurately with Google Ads. What truly makes a difference is the incredible support team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to help.

AdNabu continues to improve the app with thoughtful updates and performance-focused features. If you are running Google Ads and care about tracking accuracy, this is the app to use.

The support is among the best out there. However, the app had an issue that lasted about a week where every site visit was incorrectly counted as a conversion. As a result, Google interpreted this as a large number of conversions happening, which caused a significant amount of ad spend on traffic that didn’t actually convert.

During that period, our ad spend doubled while our actual conversions dropped by around 60%. This also disrupted our campaign algorithm, and we lost many sales while the algorithm had to relearn and recalibrate after the incorrect conversion tracking.

Unfortunately, the only response we received from the support team was simply “we’re sorry.”
