I’ve been working with them for a few years now. The prices are reasonable and shipping has been good. The only downside is that order processing can take a little longer than expected. But overall, it works well if you plan ahead and keep some stock on hand.
I have been working with them for several years and i’m happy with their services. Shipping times are respected and the team is reliable. There is always someone available to understand my needs and help me find the best solutions to optimize my shipping. They care about their clients and don’t just treat you like another account. I highly recommend.
Terrible fulfilment service. Constant mistakes and quality control issues. Do not follow SOPs on specs or quality. Their latest mess up cost me $1000s so I cut them off. Avoid them if you care about your brand.
