This app is easy to install, use and maintain.
However the best part of it is the support. Fast and to the point. They really try to help to solve issues when they arise. Nothing bad to say about it to be honest with you.
However if you are on the fence if to get it or not, read the comments and see if it will fit your business. For us it has been nothing less than really good.
Thank you for the kind and accurate review! We are extremely happy to be solving issues by your side while you grow your business.
This app has worked well for many years.
Thank you so much! We are totally committed to keep being part of your success for many more years!
Affiliatly has been an amazing platform for our business. A number of features have made it a great tool for us.
1. The integration process was super simple and took maybe 15 minutes at most.
2. The registration process for new affiliates is extremely streamlined. We are able to have affiliates sign contracts at sign up and also indicate their preferred payment method and desired code.
3. Affiliatly allows us to use our own branding making the portal look tailored specifically towards our brand.
4. Affiliatly offers tons of customization options such as tiered affiliate programs, tracking by code or link, and the option to change cookie duration.
5. The support staff has been top notch whenever we have encountered any issue. Response time is very fast. Affiliatly has been such a good program for us that we also use it for one of our other companies as well.
We are incredibly thankful for the time you took to write such a detailed review. We are always giving our best to achieve such user experiences and we'll gladly help out if anything else is needed from our side. Cheers!
Fantastic support. Fast and pro-active. We have had this app on www.sanus-q.com since 2017, and on a previous store from 2014. Low cost and does the job. Perfect for our needs.
We are delighted to be your ally for over 11 years and we won't stop pushing forward to add more and more value. Thank you so much!
We are completely satisfied with this app. We have been using it for a long time, and it has always worked great. Whenever we encountered a technical issue or needed help with something, their support was truly perfect. Thank you very much.
Thank you for your review. We are more than happy to keep providing you the top support you need and deserve.
The Affiliatly team is always quick to respond whenever we need technical support. We’ve even made improvement requests to enhance the experience in our affiliates’ dashboards, and they listened — implementing those changes for all users of their app. I highly recommend them. We’ve been using Affiliatly with great satisfaction for over 5 years.
Thanks for your review! We are honored with those words. It is our pleasure to give our best when supporting our users and learn new ways to provide the desired experience when using our service. We loved to team up with your 5 years experience to develop improvements.
We've been using the app for a couple of years now. It has many great features and is priced fairly. The customer support has been helpful whenever we have an issue or a question. I recommend it to any Shopify or BigCommerce user.
We're very grateful for your review and recommendation. Yes! We have a solid mission of offering the best value of features with fair pricing so we're so glad you're enjoying it.
We have been using this app for quite some time now - it's great. Wish we could speak with someone, wish it was directly connected to zelle so we could make payments easier but they are always pretty quick to respond and help us.
Thank you so much for your review and sharing your ideas. You can always talk to us through our support channels and any other awesome ideas will be welcome.
I have been using this now for more than 6 months. It is a solid app that does what it says. Support is good and it is easy to use. Have not had any issues with this app.
We appreciate your feedback and feel honored to be part of your success story. If you need any help our support team will be happy to assist you.
Great service and excellent support when you need it. The only request I would have is better support for accounts that manage multiple stores (domains). However, they did make this easy to set up when I contacted support but it would be better if there was more centralized management for companies running multiple brands that want the affiliate program combined.
Thank you for your review! We have some ideas being discussed on this. In the meantime, our support team will always be there to offer you great assistance.
