I've worked with Shivan and he is responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to help and answer questions. He takes the time to understand the problem, provide clear guidance.

The app is really good, however to get this with Royal Mail you need the Premium and Enterprise plans.

Sadly given the size of our store, this would make this Shopify add-on too costly to oconsider these plans.

That said the app looks fab and has a lot of capability I am sure
