FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder is an outstanding app!
Creating custom forms for my Shopify store became super easy and fast — no coding required at all. The interface is clean, user-friendly, and the app offers all the essential features you need, including spam protection and flexible field options.

What I loved most is the quick and helpful support team. They responded fast and solved my issue perfectly, which made the whole experience even better.

Overall, this app is powerful, free, easy to use, and backed by excellent support.
Highly recommended — 5 stars!

Building was super easy. When I needed support with the set up on my store I got it super fast. The only problem is some translation problems when you change the page language from English to any other language.

I’ve been using it on my Shopify store and it works seamlessly. The features are exactly what I needed, and the setup is very straightforward. What makes it even better is their fantastic customer support — quick, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help.

We were looking for form builder that was easy and quick to set up, had conditional logic, notifications, and form layouts that would fit with the aesthetics of our site. We are very pleased with how FormCRM checks all boxes.

The built-in AI creates accurate forms that need very little adjustments, if any. The form status feature (new inquiry, in progress, reviewed, etc.) is a valuable plus as it allow us to quickly follow up on each submission within the app, without having to manually export and consolidate data elsewhere.

We had a few questions during the implementation, and the support we received from the customer service team (thank you Adnan!) was excellent.

We absolutely recommend this app!

As someone without any prior experience in form creation, this AI Form builder is incredibly easy to use and create custom forms. I have created surveys, product return form, and appointment booking form in no time.

The only thing I am missing is - there is no option to export the form-filling data. In order to be able to export the data in Excel, I hope they will create an export to Excel option.

Overall, this app has significantly enhanced my store's functionality and customer engagement capabilities. It's an excellent tool for anyone looking to create forms and manage customer data effectively, regardless of their technical expertise.

Was great! Thank you

Great and flexible app, specially if you need third party integrations. Customer service is amazing.
