Thank you for the great review. We're glad the form flexibility and support met your expectations.
We recently migrated our website from a WordPress and WooCommerce setup to Shopify. Our previous setup relied heavily on Zoho One for triggering marketing automations and managing multiple workflows based on form submissions. Moving to Shopify, we were faced with the challenge of replicating these workflows and creating forms that matched our site's theme, including complex, multistep forms. Unfortunately, Shopify's native options fell far short of meeting our needs.
Initially, we explored bespoke development solutions, which came with significant costs. That’s when we discovered FormCRM by Axilweb Limited, and it completely transformed our approach.
FormCRM not only met all our requirements for form creation and styling but exceeded them by providing an AI-driven prompt system. This feature allowed us to create highly complex, multistep forms simply by crafting a well-written prompt. The resulting forms matched our theme's styling perfectly, right out of the box—saving us significant time and effort.
What truly sets Axilweb and FormCRM apart though, is their exceptional support. When we explained our need to create a customer directly from a form submission and the option to add tags for triggering workflow automations, their team didn’t just listen—they acted. Axilweb implemented these features into the app, tailoring it to our exact needs. Their responsiveness and willingness to adapt the app for their users’ requirements are unparalleled.
FormCRM is far more than just a form builder. It bridges the gap between simple form submissions and powerful workflow automations. It’s not just the best form creation app on Shopify—it’s a comprehensive solution for businesses that need seamless integrations and robust automation capabilities.
If you’re looking for a powerful, flexible, and user-friendly form creation solution on Shopify with exceptional support, FormCRM by Axilweb Limited is the clear choice. We couldn’t recommend it more highly.
Thank you for the excellent review! We're delighted that FormCRM, our advanced form builder, has effectively met your needs. It's great to hear our team can provide the customization you require. We're motivated by your feedback and are always here to support you further!
hi recomed
Simple to use with plenty of options for building forms. The forms are responsive, and the support team is genuinely helpful, they even added a new feature after I requested it. Thank you!
I've been happy with this app — the free plan already meets all my requirements, so there's no pressure to upgrade. The support team also deserves credit: responses come on time, and they addressed my exact question with screenshots rather than generic replies.
Enquiries reach the right team automatically now. And because we can make all kinds of forms with different fields, we don't have to keep emailing back and forth to get answers.
