We truly appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and are genuinely sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with our app and support process.
We checked the ticket you opened with our team and confirmed that we did reply to your email the same day, outlining the specific technical steps required to troubleshoot the issue—which included granting us temporary partner access to your store.
As our support team did not receive the necessary store access from you, they were unable to proceed with the investigation and fix the issue you were experiencing.
Our top priority is to ensure our app works perfectly for every user. We are still ready and happy to help you resolve this immediately.
Please reply to the last email from our support team (or send a new one to help@meetanshi.com) and grant us the access we requested. Once we receive it, we promise to look into the issue with the highest urgency and get your app working as expected.
Thank you,
The Meetanshi Team
Ithas been wonderful experience for this app. I must recommended to all.
We were able to launch our store way faster than expected thanks to this app. It gives great control over the content like tone, length and SEO, and everything is super easy to adjust. Really impressed with how well it works and the quality it delivers. 5/5!

We’re glad the app helped you launch faster. Feel free to reach out anytime if you need help. 🚀
I use this tool to optimize my product descriptions and meta descriptions. The support is awesome since they react very fast and even implemented new features for me. This is very helpful for me, since I edit tons of products.
THANK YOU FOR BEING AWESOME!
