I highly recommend Aimerce First-Party Pixel. After struggling with a DIY solution using a Stape server and then spending over 4 hours trying to set up another popular app without success, I looked for an alternative and found Aimerce.

we have also seen an improvement in emq on meta, it goes without saying that this improvement is positive but difficult to assess its value as of now.
