AG Product Reviews App & UGC

Nach langer Zeit mit einer anderen Bewertungs-App sind wir auf diese App umgestiegen – und bisher haben wir den Wechsel keine Sekunde bereut. Die vorherige App wurde leider immer stärker auf kostenpflichtige Funktionen ausgerichtet und irgendwann wurden unsere Bewertungen sogar nicht mehr richtig angezeigt. Kaum war die neue App installiert, war dieses Problem sofort behoben.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Kundenservice, Olivia & Zen haben uns bei jeder Frage unglaublich schnell und kompetent geholfen. So einen freundlichen, engagierten und vor allem schnellen Support erlebt man wirklich selten. Man fühlt sich als Kunde ernst genommen und nie allein gelassen.

Auch die App selbst überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Sie ist sehr intuitiv aufgebaut, leicht einzurichten und lässt sich hervorragend an das eigene Branding anpassen. Dadurch wirkt alles professionell und stimmig, ohne dass man stundenlang Einstellungen suchen muss.

Bis jetzt sind wir wirklich begeistert und freuen uns auf die weitere Zusammenarbeit. Wenn der Support und die Entwicklung der App so bleiben, können wir sie mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank an Olivia & Zen für die tolle Unterstützung.

Funktioniert soweit sehr gut und hat einen sehr schnellen und freundlichen Support.

I needed to customize the colors of the review popup and the side tab to match my store. Aria from the support team was incredibly helpful and provided the exact code to fix it quickly. Highly recommend this app and their support!

First time using this app and so far, I’m really happy with the experience! The app is easy to use and has been really helpful for managing my product reviews. The setup was straightforward, and whenever I had questions, Iris was super responsive and quick to assist. She patiently guided me through everything and made the whole process much easier.

This app has many facets. You can add many features. The customer service really helped me put it all together when the shopify settings were misplaced. They didn't give up on me. Shoutout to Riley! I am excited to grow my new shopify store with this support.

Moved across from another reviews app, and it has been straightforward. The widget does what we need, and we could style it to match our theme. Had a few things I couldn't work out early on, and the chat support 'Olivia' sorted them quickly. Good to deal with.

The app has a lot of options to customise and is really easy to use! I did have a bit of trouble figuring out some details on how to request reviews manually (more of a me issue than an app issue), but Hena from customer service was really helpful and walked me through it.
