AiRep24 was easy to set up, and I like that the assistant builds its knowledge from our store content instead of making us write every answer from scratch. It can answer questions about our products and policies, and we can update its knowledge as the store changes. It feels much more useful than a basic chatbot with a fixed script.
The product recommendations and favorites feature make AiRep24 especially useful for shoppers who are still deciding. Customers can keep track of products they like and get help comparing options, while our team can step in when a conversation needs a human. It’s a handy addition to the storefront experience.
