AiT: Loyalty, WhatsApp, Review

I genuinely liked AITrillion's offering. The platform brings several useful marketing and customer retention features together in one app, and the team was friendly and willing to help.

What worked well:

A comprehensive set of features bundled into one platform.

A helpful team, particularly during the initial onboarding.

The potential to simplify marketing and retention for growing brands.

What could be improved:

Complimentary trial and testing: Businesses should be able to test essential features and integrations before committing to a paid subscription. This would help set realistic expectations on both sides.

Simpler onboarding: Setup assistance should be offered upfront, with a clearer, more intuitive process that reduces dependency on the support team.

Proactive customer support: More proactive updates, clear timelines and ownership of unresolved issues would make a significant difference.

Self-help resources: Step-by-step YouTube tutorials and troubleshooting guides would empower customers to set up and manage features independently.

Why I discontinued:

Our existing customer contacts couldn't be synced with Shopify as required, despite repeated attempts over nearly three months. This was essential for our business. Had the integration worked, I would have happily continued with AITrillion.

To their credit, the team eventually refunded all three months' subscription fees, which I appreciate.

Overall, I see genuine potential in AITrillion. With smoother onboarding, reliable integrations and more proactive support, it could be a valuable platform for growing brands.

I hope this feedback helps both the team and other business owners evaluating the platform.

Great value for all the apps in the plan that you can use. Support staff is very helpful and responsive.
Some of the features can be glitchy, but support is there to assist.
Overall great app for the value and number of features.

We have used the APP with success. When we needed customer support, they were quick to respond and handled our issue with professionalism.

I have been using this app since April 2020. Have found the support to be good and the usually respond to the chat (might depend on time of day). I love how easily the Loyalty seems to work with the POS. I am happy to get email, loyalty rewards and other features all in one. The price is also excellent.

I like that its completely seamless and since I don't have a lot of time to stay on top of all the different app, AiTrillion does it all in one stroke. It couldn't be easier since I'm not a developer but I get the same results.

I used this app last 15 days its working well and good customer support also, i have only one issues its still not solved.

Love the app especially for pop ups and review automation. Could give more for the $9 package though.

The app is very user-friendly and the customer service is very patient with all the questions that I have been asking.

This app is truly amazing and helps with automation. While I am still very new at using it, it's working well so far and will be back to add to my comment if need be. The agent helped me set it up from start to finish, no stress at all. Plus, it is free! I definitely recommend using the app.
