We are a retail store of Jewelry, with many products, and even more when you take into account all the different ring sizes that Shopify considers as SKUs. This has been the one and only app that manages to discount all of our items perfectly without messing up a bunch of our listings. The best app ever for discounts, truly. Exceptional!
Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback! 💜 If you ever need any help or have questions, our team is always happy to assist.
Every single time I load it, it demands that I sign up and pay $9.99 a month for basic tier. The store's page states there is a free tier. Where is that then?
Hi, Katherine here from the Alpha Sale product team.
Please accept my most sincere personal apologies.
There seems to be a bug in the system related to the fact that you were on a paid plan the last time you uninstalled the app. This is definitely not the intended behavior, and I’m truly sorry about this.
I’ll personally reach out to you today to explain the issue and help resolve it.
I really hope for your understanding, and once again, please accept my sincere apologies for this experience.
Best,
Katherine
