回复比较及时，说明也清晰， 不错。 更新的一些细节希望可以提前说明，毕竟不是长期使用，或者高频次使用改软件。 另外这个评分和评论项过长，我不喜欢这样的设置，如果是为了更好的客户体验，也有对应的做法，不如问卷或者简单的评价，或者是新用户以及老客户的不同调研，谢谢。
