This is the best and easiest loyalty program we have ever used. They worked with us from day 1 to make sure everything is customized. We have used 4 other loyalty programs in the last 3 years and just kept looking for a better one that suits our needs and finally found one that we're keeping. Best customer service
Thank you so much for this amazing feedback — it truly means a lot to us! 💙
We’re really happy to hear that Alpha Loyalty has been the best fit for your needs, especially after trying several other programs.
If ever needed, we're always here to help.
We are migrating from Woocommerce to Shopify and looking for a robust points system to replace what we have and so glad we found and chose this app. Very simple app but packed with lots of features. It is extremely easy to navigate, clean functioning and the team especially Oskar is just superb! I can't thank them enough for this app and we look forward to launching our rewards program.
Thank you so much for the amazing review! We’ll always be here to keep your experience with the app top-notch.
These guys are fantastic and so wonderful to work with. The app is very simple to set up, has perfect features, but also has a great library of resources and an amazing team for any questions you may have.
I was very hesitant since the app had just launched. But, I highly recommend it. Our customers are very excited about it too :)
Thanks so much, Amanda!
We sincerely hope your loyalty program turns out to be a great success!
A new app, but very promising. I needed a way to set up different conditions for different products and the app does exactly that. The team also promised all current features will stay free for early users forever.
Thanks a lot! If you ever need a hand, just let us know.
