Alpha: Loyalty Program, Points

Have been using the app for a few weeks now and so far everything is great. I ran into a small issue where it wasn't loading properly on my site. I reached out to support and they very quickly had it fixed.

Alpha is an amazing loyalty program app. Setup was super simple. I had some queries regarding adding points for past purchases and setting up email notifications. Oskar was extremely prompt in guiding me through it.

We were moving from a previous platform & we have a lot of customers. They helped us with individual functionality, promoting key customers to higher tiers, personalised VIP programmes. The App was easy to set up and gives you a lot of customization features for your loyality program. Set up your rewards, and ways to earn is very easy. The VIP program feature has become a main part of our shop.

These guys are the literal best, everything about this app is just perfect! I had some customization problems and they fixed it for me to fit my store better- I can't thank them enough!

This is the best and easiest loyalty program we have ever used. They worked with us from day 1 to make sure everything is customized. We are migrating from Woocommerce to Shopify and looking for a robust points system to replace what we have and so glad we found and chose this app. Very simple app but packed with lots of features. It is extremely easy to navigate, clean functioning and the team especially Oskar is just superb! I can't thank them enough for this app and we look forward to launching our rewards program.

Very easy to install. Perfect app for a customizable customer loyalty program. Perfect & immediate support via email. Translation into German was easy with customizable texts and labels.
