AltKing: AI Alt Text SEO & ADA

The app works okay — if it’s even needed these days, since identical automated alt text for all images completely kills SEO — until it goes and automatically wipes out your custom text. I’ve just spent nearly two weeks making sure every single image had a unique alt tag. Then out of nowhere, everything reset to default even though I haven’t changed its settings. The app deleted my SEO descriptions and replaced them with default text. Absolute nightmare! I asked support for help — five times a day — but got no reply (sic!). That’s why I’m leaving this review.

Really happy with this app. Sometimes I forget the alt texts for months, then one day I think about it again, then I check this app again and see it has been giving all my images alt texts automatically in the meantime! Happy :)

Awesome app, much better than some of the other options. Will do alt-text for all of your products. Wish I could see in real time where it was updating and what the progress was, couldn't easily find that. However, it works great. Highly recommend.

So far so good! Easy to install, maybe not the best first screen to interoduce the app and there's no ability to run a small test. Having said that, you can review the new alt text if you want to to. Bahvesh extremely helpful (and does a good line in kitten emojis). Seriously, support response was quick and helpful.

Great app, adds alt text to images quickly. There was a technical error and Adarsh helped resolve it in 24 hrs, I really appreciated his help. I would only like that the alt text also be added to images not used in products becase I add images to email sometimes and that would be useful to have.

Excellent app and outstanding support!

A special thank you to Bhavesh for the amazing assistance. He responded quickly, patiently checked everything step by step, carefully investigated the issue, and made sure everything was working correctly before closing the conversation.

It's rare to receive such professional, friendly, and dedicated support. The app works great, and knowing there's a support team like this behind it gives us a lot of confidence.

Highly recommended! Thank you again, Bhavesh, for your excellent service and commitment to helping your customers.

It truly helped me getting alt-text on all my images. the AI reconginization worked great, I just needed to do some tweakings here and there.
