Reportei um erro anteriormente e foi-me indicado pela vossa equipa que o problema iria ser resolvido. No entanto, cerca de uma hora depois desse contacto, o meu acesso ao suporte e ao dashboard da aplicação foi bloqueado sem qualquer explicação.
Neste momento:
* não tenho acesso ao dashboard da app;
* não consigo contactar o suporte através dos canais habituais;
* não tenho visibilidade sobre o estado da integração com a Amazon.
Esta situação é extremamente preocupante, especialmente porque ocorreu após eu ter reportado um problema.
Solicito, com urgência:
* esclarecimento sobre o motivo do bloqueio;
* restabelecimento imediato do acesso à aplicação;
* confirmação se existe algum problema ou restrição associada à minha conta.
A minha operação está a ser diretamente afetada, pelo que agradeço uma resolução rápida.

It worked well for a while, but for the past few days, orders have simply been completely ignored and not imported. We're naturally being penalized by Amazon. Such an obvious error in an app that costs $50 a month. This shouldn't happen.

This App is a great feature for synchronizing shopyfi products with the Amazon marketplace. From scratch it is not easy to set all by Amazon required parameters into a feasible order but it is much more easy using the CS Amazon App. I would like to emphasize on the much appreciated help given by Common Service. They do anything to guide starters through that Amazon maze. You talk to friendly persons... not to a chatbot.

I paid $150 for this app and completed a Zoom walkthrough where I was assured my Amazon listings would sync with Shopify. Despite going through every product with support and being told it would be fixed, my Amazon store still shows zero inventory and nothing is syncing. It's been weeks, and this has been a complete disaster!
This app has caused me more stress than anything else in my business lately. Switching to another integration now feels like starting over completely. I would not recommend this app unless you want to waste time, money, and lose sales while waiting for support that doesn’t follow through.

The app works great for us to connect our Amazon orders but mainly to have an app automatically send the tracking information back to Amazon. Had one issue with returns getting restocked automatically, but Harvey hopped on it right away and helped out!

Great App and amazin customer support! Immediate reply and willingness to help and resolve any issues or problems you may have. I currently have Basic plan with Amazon Europe conencted to my Shopify Store. Everythnig works flawlessly and my orders are pulled from Amazon Europe stores (Netherlands, Sweden, Poland and Belgium) at the moment. Harvey from Support Team was EXCELLENT! responded to me at 3:30am (I had to stay up and work late to get all my work done). No company out there would do that for you- at least I never had such luck. I explained my issue that I wanted to connect Amazon Ireland store and Haarvey took care of that right away over Chat!!! I rarelyu leave reviews but these guys deserve it and so much more.
