CS Amazon Integration & Sync

So far so good, thank you to the developer and the rest of the team! I would highly recommend! Easily link products, easily navigate, automatic sync! You can view the products one by one to see what they are linked to. Thank you so much! We have really enjoyed the app so far! We highly recommend that you download!

We started last week with a this app, and we paid for them to customize our products to upload to amazon. They just uploaded one category and they did it without any problem,they customized it as we requested. Customer service has being very friendly and fixed all the issues very fast I will update this review at the end.

This used to be a great app with outstanding customer service. No more. Too many bugs in the app and ZERO customer service. Maybe someone else owns the company now. It deserves no stars for complete disappearance of any customer support. Do not aggrevate yourself and waste hours. Get something else. CED Commerce is much better.

I'm not used to give a review, but this application really deserve 5 stars. If you're a Shopify seller, you'll not find a better app to work with Amazon (import the orders from Amazon to Shopify, update your inventory, create unlimited rules, and much more)
Note that the support team is great and will never give you up if you need any assistance.

Support for this app is amazing. I don't envy the developers who have the task of making the Amazon seller channel easy to use, but these folks do as good of a job as one could expect. We had an edge-case issue connecting existing products from our Amazon account to our Shopify store. The support/tech team jumped in and implemented a fix. I'm super impressed.

Great Amazon integration app! It has all the features needed to link Shopify & Amazon successfully - it's the perfect alternative to the Amazon Sales Channel app (which was depreciated). Amazon Integration Plus has been a life-saver. Olivier & the full support team have provided us with excellent guidance and support throughout the entire setup process. Highly recommend!

Mettre ses produits en ligne sur Amazon est plus compliqué qu'il n'y paraît. C'est donc important d'être accompagné par des professionnels qui ont une haute idée de la satisfaction client, ils se plient en 4 pour y parvenir.
J'apprécie et je le fais savoir même si tout est perfectible.
5 étoiles donc pour encourager cette attitude.

We've had this app installed for a little over a year, and have had no issues with our current configuration. I am about to start in on some enhancements that go beyond what the initial contractor set up. I had a 30 minute onboarding session, and I was very impressed with the customer service rep's knowledge and understanding. I'm looking forward to discovering what the tool can provide.

It's very easy to set up the app and connect our Amazon account with shopify. The support team was very helpful and the app works very well. We've been using this app for more than 3 years now, we've tried other apps as well but amazon app works really great comparing to others. When there are minor issues, support team is very responsive to take care of all issues. highly recommended.

TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION! See what I did there? I told you where we stand. Meanwhile the app goes down for days and they say nothing or they throw up a pop-up trying to make us feel bad for them because Amazon is making them do some work. DO NOT USE THIS APP.

All they had to do to avoid this 1 star review was tell us when the most recent problem would be fixed. They didn't and I couldn't wait any longer.
