We were having trouble managing our Shopify and Amazon integration using Marketplace Connect. We decided to switch to this app and have no regrets. The app does a great job of syncing our orders and our inventory between Shopify and Amazon. Their customer service team is very helpful and knowledgeable and assisted us with onboarding and troubleshooting issues.
We're glad to hear about your experience! Thank you so much for the amazing 5-star review.
App pessima e pessima assistenza.
We're sad to hear about this experience. We reached out through email to continue assisting you. We appreciate your feedback and we're looking forward to hearing from you.
Look elsewhere if you want an app you can rely on. We've seen signs of increased unreliability with strange behaviour and technical glitches for some time now. On Tuesday all order imports from and tracking updates pushed to Amazon failed completely, and the app interface would not load at all. We've not been able to get any meaningful response from customer service, and eventually had to help ourselves through reinstalling the app... which lost all settings and required us to set everything back up again from scratch. After this, however, the automatic order sync is still not working... and we have to manually check for new orders and trigger the imports. The complete lack of service/assistance during such a critical incident is simply unacceptable.
We're saddened to hear about your experience. We've reached out to you through email to assist further. We're looking forward to hearing from you so we can better assist. We appreciate your feedback.
