The customer service told me only works on FIREFOX !!!
I tried to use on Chrome and Safari without success, returns the error:

Its working amazing for me and I'm very happy. It sends all my orders over to shopify as I needed it to. I did have an issue with new inventory not updating but I reached out and got a call right away with Mannu and he helped fix it asap. 10/10 would recommend! :)
Unfortunely I have to delete this. There is no help with the chat, they are clueless. The item is listed on amazon and the app gives me an error. The app constantly gives errors on the items and won't sync. The person on chat has no idea what's going on. I gave them the item number and they're trying to work on an entirely different product. I have wasted 2 hrs of my time and when I told the person on chat, that it was the wrong product. They stopped chatting. I use to be a big fan of CedCommerce, but recently they are really going down hill. Nothing works anymore.

We have been utilizing the CEDCommerce Amazon Channel app for over a year now, and it has proven to be an invaluable tool for streamlining our operations. Update - have spent considerable time with the support staff over the past couple of days including video conferencing. I am very impressed with the attention they give and I believe the problems have been solved. Amazon is not an easy marketplace to deal with but CED has greatly improved it's interface and support is easily available.

Easy to use and Great customer support, Highly Recommend!
The integration has been seamless and easy to use. After 6 months of using we ran into 1 issue with an order... "API slow to respond" but the response team was extremely quick to reply & resolve the minor issue within minutes allowing the customer to still receive their order on time!
Launching an Amazon store is not easy but I do think CedCommerce made it as easy as possible. Whenever I ran into issues - which was somewhat frequent - their customer support was extremely responsive and generally able to solve the problem promptly. I've probably had 8 different customer support reps help me and the vast majority have been knowledgeable and helpful.
And importantly, the app is working as intended. I'm getting sales and they're being automatically uploaded into my Shopify store for fulfillment. It's early days but I'm seeing a nice revenue bump from Amazon. Thanks!
kept charging me, tried to cancel, customer support said to uninstall, keeps charging me, further customer support, just to cancel is even more unhelpful
