I am new to the app and it seems pretty confusing, but the customer support is awesome!! They have been very helpful and patient with me while I try to learn my way around the platform which makes the process a lot easier because this all can be stressful.

After 10 days of technical support I still don't have the products aligned with amazon, app not recommended

Support gave me tailored help with a technical issue. Assistance was awesome. They respond very quick.
The app has many issues that need addressing urgently. Stock doesn't sync and items are oversold. Orders don't sync so my late dispatch rate is through the roof and now I can't upload products due to an error that is not being fixed quickly. The above issues in my opinion make this app useless!
