When I had some problems or needed help in the app they helped me with the problems and was nice talking to.

Mann Singh was the representative who assisted me today, and I truly appreciate his patience and understanding.

This is the second app I use from CedCommerce and they are simply amazing. The app saves us LOTS of time, is reliable with inventory and the customer service is always top notch.

Really fast and convenient support, even on the weekend. I had been getting nowhere with a competitor inventory App and gave up in frustration after 3 days. My problem was fixed in 5 minutes to sync my inventory thanks.

Online assistance was very helpful and provided options for help including a guide to be able to do things yourself.

Slow to answer, locked me in the subscription then stopped answering until I chased. Defeats the purpose of paying for a service to outsource. Indians in India, not America!!
