I've just gone through a CED commerce implementation for Shopify-->Amazon and I find the tool and support to be excellent. Been looking at a solution to get amazon listings going for some time -- this app is so straightforward to use and they offered a free trial option and excellent customer service.

The Support center can be reached at any time via Chat. They are competent and helping to solve the problem during the chat. For more difficult questions they come back via E-mail or schedule an meeting to go through together with you and your configuration. if you have a case open you get assigned to the support person who took care for you prior what makes from my point of view the support easier.
