Really fast and convenient support, even on the weekend. I had been getting nowhere with a competitor inventory App and gave up in frustration after 3 days. My problem was fixed in 5 minutes to sync my inventory thanks.

Online assistance was very helpful and provided options for help including a guide to be able to do things yourself.

Slow to answer, locked me in the subscription then stopped answering until I chased. Defeats the purpose of paying for a service to outsource. Indians in India, not America!!

Tech support was very professional and insightful on how to sync my products. I appreciate his time and thorough breakdown of how it works.
