Switched over from the Amazon sales channel app to this. The first-time setup was a little difficult for me, but your support team was very helpful. I also use other CedCommerce apps like Walmart and Etsy, and I can't be happy more. Highly recommended!

I decide to add Amazon as part of my new Shopify Platform and from the beginning it seemed to be very cumbersome until one of the agents ( Praveen Awasthi) helped me to relax and take one step at a time to show me how easy it really was. With his guidance and my frustration we was able to get my first product live on Amazon. I found out that it is not as hard as it seems. I just really wanted to thank him for his patience and how he took the time to show me all around the process to over come issues. He is the kind of agent that we are looking for when issues on these kind of platforms.

While we had a rough start with this app and many problems at first the excellent support staff helped us get to where we needed to be and today we are problem-free and the app is working really well
A very good app, can't even compare with the previous one, you can very easily and quickly add everything that Amazon allows, but if something doesn't work out or you don't know, then the guys who work here help instantly, and they can fix everything very quickly, very recommend this app. A big thank you separately for the guys who I work with.

Marking at 4 stars, because in the transition, we had a few issues getting started. Otherwise, service team is 5-stars for sure! They've been excellent teammates in sorting those issues and answering other questions / confirming accuracy of other changes we made. Excited to work with them going forward!

I'm currently using the app. Extremely useful, automating the orders and the tracking info between Shopify and Amazon (we used to do this manually, now everything is automated).
User friendly interface, it has all features to be relieved from some daily manual actions.
Customer service is extremely helpful and reactive (a few hours to fix a problem, available on WhatsApp and Skype, professionals).
