We've learned from our experience that the switch from CedCommerce to the Shopify Marketplace app wasn't worth it. A year later, we're back with CedCommerce, and we couldn't be happier. Managing our large catalog on the Shopify Marketplace app was a constant struggle due to its glitches. CedCommerce, on the other hand, has significantly improved their app, making it much easier to grow our Amazon sales. The integration is seamless, and the support is top-notch. Sometimes, the best choice isn't Shopify's own app, and we're glad we made the move back to CedCommerce.

CedCommerce Amazon Channel has made managing my Shopify and Amazon stores a breeze. The setup was easy, and the real-time inventory sync prevents overselling. Order management is streamlined, saving me time and effort. The user-friendly interface is a plus, and the technical support is brilliant—always responsive and helpful.

We had some issues with the delay in the subscription update but all got fixed. It is a good app with 24/7 support.

It will save you a lot of time. There is some learning to do but support is there if you have any problems, you can just ask.

Great platform with great assistance whenever questions may arise. We are up and running on Amazon and it feels great! However, without the video assistance from the help team, the platform was difficult to figure out.

This app is great and the customer support is fast to respond and they're very patient and very helpful when answering my questions. CedCommerce was the best decision that we ever made. We were using Sellbrite before but they cannot fix the Amazon DE address issue. CedCommerce only took a few days to rectify issue. They were also very hands-on during the after sales.

Overall the application has been great. There are issues here and there but that's expected with most applications.

Overall, my experience with CedCommerce Amazon Channel has been mixed. The application itself can be good, but it's very inconsistent, especially when uploading products. The process of uploading products has been frustrating due to this inconsistency.

Initially, I hired the team behind the application to help me upload and manage my products on Amazon. At first, they provided great customer service with good communication, which was the main reason I started using their services. However, over time, their service quality has declined significantly. It has become incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone for assistance or support. The lack of responsiveness and deteriorating service quality have made it nearly impossible to rely on them for help.

Considering the current state of their service, I am contemplating switching to a different application for my Amazon needs. The decline in customer service and support availability has made it challenging to continue using CedCommerce Amazon Channel effectively.

The technical support team is excellent. Their team is quick to answer any questions. Automatic search and linking of ASIN based on barcodes is very handy.
