Excellent customer service and walk-through on how ease mapping attributes and listing products to Amazon is. App is seamless once the fields are intertwined together. App is good apart from its competitors. UI is easy and simply enough.

This app has some issues that may negatively impact your experience. Unfortunately, if you sell in multiple Amazon markets, you may face some difficulties with SKU connections as the app does not support multiple connections. In addition, there have been instances where products have randomly stopped syncing, causing confusion and frustration. For example, the SKU's may contain random numbers, preventing the correct import of orders.

While the support team is responsive, they are unable to provide solutions to these issues, leaving users with a partially functioning app. This can be a frustrating experience for those who rely on the app for their business needs.

The team was very helpful in aiding in the mapping of our Products on Amazon as Amazon can be quite picky with how you list the products. Thanks CED Commerce.

This was the best customer service I have received. Mannu was an excellent support and guided me through the process of using CedCommerce Amazon Channel. He answered all my questions and even offered advice about their other services and how to help my business grow on Amazon. I was feeling so lost about creating products on Amazon, I gave up so many times but within 15 minutes I was pointed in the right direction. The App Works and has features that can get you setup on amazon. BUT, the invasion of privacy from this app is nothing but ridiculous. They Deliberately went out of their way to get my phone number and text me with no permission and unannounced.

After contacting their live chat for some help with a minor issue, I am bombarded by their "Support Team" On WhatsApp. At first, I was extremely confused, but as time progressed their Support Team would try to spam me and sell me on their services for store optimization and upload. They even created a group chat on WhatsApp specifically for my store.

I have also noticed an uptick in crypto scam texts from WhatsApp and My US number.

STAY AWAY. Use something else.

I've been banging my head against a brick wall trying to sync products myself. I gave up on this app and after several days of inactivity received a message from customer service offering a one on one consultation to trouble shoot the issues I was having. The representative I spoke with was articulate and knowledgeable and had my Shopify products ready to start uploading to Amazon in under half an hour.
