Great in theory, if it actually worked. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because tech support actually did try to help, sort of. After not being able to quickly come to a solution, they asked for my email address to get back with me after they had a chance to look into it. Two days now and no reply. One thing I really can't stand is when apps are released before they are truly ready and working.
I think this app is very good... We had a couple hiccups in the beginning but we got through them. I think their support is fantastic.
Support, Inventory, App Support, AI and Order Synching is excellent and I'm very pleased!

AVOID. Slow product information sync, no notifications for Failed Orders, difficult navigation within the app, complicated process for linking products. Customer support is slow, rude, unhelpful, struggles with communication.
We have used the CED Commerce Walmart App for sometime now so adding the Amazon App from CED was a no brainer. The customer support we received from them in the past and now installing the Amazon App Channel is outstanding. They actually do work with you on problems and help in getting you up and running. Anytime you add a new Channel on Shopify you probably will run into a snag or question. The one reason we chose them over other Amazon/Shopify apps was we new the customer service help was there when we needed it. Everyone on Shopify now using Amazon Channel needs to choose a new channel source soon. Highly recommend this one.

I have been using CedCommerce's app on my Etsy store so I decided to give their Amazon app a try and it did not disappoint! I had some challenges getting it to work at first but their support was so helpful in getting things running. I decide to add Amazon as part of my new Shopify Platform and from the beginning it seemed to be very cumbersome until one of the agents ( Praveen Awasthi) helped me to relax and take one step at a time to show me how easy it really was. With his guidance and my frustration we was able to get my first product live on Amazon. I found out that it is not as hard as it seems. I just really wanted to thank him for his patience and how he took the time to show me all around the process to over come issues. He is the kind of agent that we are looking for when issues on these kind of platforms.

While we had a rough start with this app and many problems at first the excellent support staff helped us get to where we needed to be and today we are problem-free and the app is working really well
A very good app, can't even compare with the previous one, you can very easily and quickly add everything that Amazon allows, but if something doesn't work out or you don't know, then the guys who work here help instantly, and they can fix everything very quickly, very recommend this app. A big thank you separately for the guys who I work with.
